He was born at Sabil^Jsville. son of Peter and Niftcy (Stem) McClain. He moved lo Blue Summit with his parents at the of three and had been a resident there for the last SO years. Mr. McClain had been employed by the Western M a r y l a n d He had been u n a b l e to last 25 years because of bis Surviving are his wife, Sarah (Fit?.) McClain and these children Merle McClain.
