of ad Lindbergh's View Phoenix. Editor, Arizona Republic, Sir: The following quoted words Mr. (Charles A.) Lindbergh's dress of Thursday night imply he is a Nazi at heart and inconsistent: "If it were not for her hope that she can make the United States responsible for the war financially as well as militarily, I believe England England would have negotiated a peace in Europe many months ago and be better off for doing so." Here, in saying England "would be better off for doing so," Lindbergh Lindbergh shows he prefers Nazi principles principles rather than democratic ones; also he shows he prefers the control control by the Nazis in Europe rather than to have such control governed by democratic elements. Lindbergh also insinuates that America is the principal most responsible responsible for the present fighting in Europe in the words, "that she can. make the United States responsible responsible for the war financially as well as militarily." Further, Mr. Lindbergh says: "No person with a sense of the dignity of mankind can condone the persecution of the Jewish race in Germany." His attitude at the present time not only condones this persecution in Germany but also in all of Europe under Nazi domination domination in the sense that he favors the victory of Hitler. For us to back down and forsake the British and all the Nazi-dominated Nazi-dominated countries 'in Europe at this time, due to circumstances as they that racial discrimination should be stirred up here in the United States as it was in France and all other Hitler-conquered countries by his civilian infiltrations. JAMES EARL JACKSON. now are, would certainly have us inherit the hatred of all these peoples peoples and evil consequences, which would be worse than involvement. Who wants this to happen?
