The Omgm Canal Ctnpauj. Articles of incorporation of the i-ij?e Canal Company were filed with the County Clerk Yesterday. The purposes for which the company is formed are to procure in exchange for shares in the company, water and water right and a right of flowae for the same in and from the tiage canal, so known and called, in (San Bernardino county California, such water and water-riiiht to belong only to the stockholders or to the corporation for distribution and allotment to its stockholders, and to be used for Mich purposes only as may be endorsed on the share certificate of the t-tock representing the same, and such water to be supplied to the stockholders without profit to the company; to acquire, buy, own, hire and make covenants and agreements with the Riverside Trust Company, limited, etc., etc. The principal place of business ha'l be at Riverside, and the term for which the corporation is to exist shall be 50 years.
