The will of the late Henry Emerick, Canoe tp., has been filed for probate. widow is to receive $300, if she so elects; if she desires to remain on the farm it remain unsold and she is to have the proceeds. Enough personal property in this latter event is to be disposed of to pay testator's debts. Upon the death of the the farm is to be sold and the following bequests paid out of the proceeds: To his daughters Clara L , $300; Rose $200; Eva McCaffrey, $200; Sarah Spencer, $150; to the widow of testator's son $100; to his son Jacob, $500, and his David, $100. Wm. P. Oberlin is appointed, executor. The will is dated Feb. 5, 1894, and was witnessed by John M. Gamble, T. Oberlin and S. A. SchaSer.
