Miss Delia Rose Hemker Becomes Bride Of James /. May Saturday Before an altar banked with peonies, while palms were at the communion rail, in St. Mary's Catholic Church Miss Delia Rose Hemker, became the bride of James I. May, Saturday morning June 14 at 10 o'clock in a double- ring ceremony. The Rev. Roger Bonifas sang the nuptial' high mass and Herman Herman Hartlieb sang "Panis An-| gelicus" at the offertory. As the bridfi placed her bouquet at the' at the foot of the Blessed Virgin, Mr. Hartlieb sang "On This Day Oh Beautiful Mother." Escorted to the altar on .the arm of her father, the bride was radiant in a marquisette and lace gown, fashioned with a tucked neckline and leg-o-mutton sleeves, coming to points over the hands. The peplum skirt swept into a long train. She carried a white missal, gift of the bridegroom, adorned with a white orchid. Her finger-tip veil of illusion was fastened fastened to a headband of orange blossoms. Miss Mildred Rose The couple will be at home at 1004 Fifth-st, after July 7.
