stationed York been Is Mrs. Mt. Holly Soldier Killed In France Pfc. William LeRoy Buttorff died in action on August 19 In France, the War department announced. His wife, Mrs. Ida Marsh, Gardners R. D. 1, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Buttorff, Mt. Holly Springs, w e r e officially notified Tuesday. His last letter home was dated Augsst 14 and in it he disclosed disclosed that his outfit had reached the Belgian border. Pfc. Buttorff was a clerk In Arnold's Arnold's grocery, Mt. Holly Springs, when he entered the Army in July. 1942. He trained at Camp Forrest, Tenn.; Camp Philip, Kansas, and for three months, in the desert.
