THRASHERMEN IN COMBINE. Farmers Declare Movement n Trout to Italae I'rlcen. Special Dispatch to The lnt-r lnt-r lnt-r Oc?an. BELLEVILLE. 111., Feb. 7. Thrashermen of St. Clair county organized the Thrasher-men's Thrasher-men's Thrasher-men's National Protective association today by the election of the following officers : President, President, John A. Dahlsberger of Sugar Loaf; vice president. Louis Keck of Stookry; secretary, secretary, Nick Gundlach of St. Clair; treasurer, II. V. Llebeg of Mascoutab. The association Is formed as a means of protection for its members and to enable them to came uniform uniform prices for the thrashing of grain. Organizers Organizers will be put to work In every state where thrashermen are numerous. The movement Is denounced In strenuous terms by farmers generally. who claim It Is a trust. They declare It Is a scheme to raise prices for thrashing and say they will combine against it and will purchase thrashers and thrash grain in common for one another.
