Nueces County Judge Robert N. Barnes said today he will call the meeting for 10 a.m. Also on the bond election will be ,$500,000 for a county building in Robstown and $220,000 for an addition to Marinteau Juvenile Hall. Following a late morning recess, the court was to reconvene at 2 p.m. to consider changes in voting precincts 106 and 100. Precinct 106 has 4,000 voters, but only 3,000 are authorized by law.
