Fair-field schools doing a good job with , Gettysburg Times: r*have a very special nephew, Eli Mutdorf, who has a learning disability. Recently, I had the opportunity to wafeh Eli do his school work and I was impressed to see the progress this little fello;w has made, thanks to our elementary principal, Mr. Jack Inskip, who. three years ago, took an interest in Eli and.jrnainstreamed him into Fairfield's schfcpl system Gateway program. Not all schools have this program. But I feel our school system has been concerned enough with learning dis- abfea children to open the doors to a brighter future. Certain teachers at Fan-field receive mor% training and are better able to teach children such as Eli. Doctors have said Eli may talk or walk and thanks to special people he is doing it all. It does our hearts good to see other children accept Eli and him. Take time to learn more this program. There may be child out there who could be Once again, thanks to all of who are involved with Eli, especially Mr. Inskip and these very thoughtful and patient teachers. You sure make Eli's future look brighter. Pennie Sanders Fairfield
