Fineghan Case Remanded. The case of James H. K. Kineghan, for gross Indecency with a boy, was remanded until tomorrow, A. J. Andrews Andrews appearing for the accused, who did not plead to the charge, choosing further delay before doing so. By order of the court, Paul Kopang was committed to await the proceedings proceedings of an extradition court In his case. Kopang Is the young man from Crook-slon, Crook-slon, Crook-slon, Minnesota, whose case has been before the Winnipeg police magistrate several times, Kopang having been arrested arrested here on a charge of forgery, preferred preferred by Minnesota men whose ruimes he is alleged to have misused.
