DYING MAN Constantly Called For Brother Who Shot Him During QnarrsL Patrick Donlan, of S East Fifth street, died yesterday at the Oood Samaritan Hospital from a bullet wound Inflicted by his brother John while the two. with another brother, MlchaeL were fighting early Thursday morning. Before bis death the rounded man aald: "This trouble wss all my fault, and I do not wsnt you to prosecute any on else for my death. Henry Myers and one of the attendants at the hospital beard the deathbed statement, but no attorney was present or no signed statement taken. After the deslh of the man Patrolmen Dowd and Crowley placed John under arrest on the charge of murder. He wlll plead self defense, and has retained Attorney Charles F. Williams. Michael was arrested the night of the trouble on a disorderly conduct charge. The Inquest wlll be held thts morning by Coroner Cameron, after which a bond wlll be arranged for John. While Patrick Donlan lay dying he cried constantly for hla brother John, saying that lie wanted to forgive him and to tell tha police that he did not want hla brother prosecuted.
