EXPERT At PASSING s WORTHLESS CHECKS GAUCHTAT ST, LOUIS St. Louis, Sept. 19.—(/p)_A post . office Inspector today arrested John T. Wolf, a native, of Belleville, III who left Oklahoma City on Aug 21 and since passed alleged worthless checks for several thousands of dollars dollars in St. Louis, Chicago, Kansas City, Memphis and Dallas. As AVolf entered the Lraclcde Hotel where he was registered tut Jack Walker, Postoffi ce Inspector Wasson asked him if he were, not Wolf. Walker idignantly denied his identity, identity, until a bellboy approached with a letter addressed to Walker. The in- I -..,..,„. ^.,. Wolf admitted he had mailed the cards to himself from Chicago, so they would not be found ort him in case he was arrested unexpectedly.
