June 11-(Special)-Charlea Billings. 17 years, Winchester, and Lewis Davis. 18, no fixed abode, appeared before Magistrste McCormick in Durvdss County Court yesterday morning, charged with the stealing of automobile parts. Both pleaded guilty and were sentenced to 30 days in County Jail. Dorval Simzer. 27, of 220 Bote-lier street, Ottawa, was charged with receiving the stolen goods, and after pleading for clemency on account of his family, was released on suspended sentence of one yesr. The theft was alleged to have taken place in Winchester on Tuesday night from a truck owned by Hamilton Black and was reported to Constable Herbert C. Helmer. who notified Provincial Constable W. H. Kennedy, of the County of Carleton detachment. Constable Kennedy took the men into custody on Highway 31. aix-teen miles north of Winchester, and lodged them in jail, three hours after the theft was committed. to am Mr to of 1 to
