Mrs. Phyliss Jones', body found, 20 years old off Hayden Road and Old State 21 in the weeds, badly decomposed, believed to be that of a St.Louis woman.Her purse was found 4.39 miles north of her body, on Hayden Road in the high weeds along Missouri state M Highway 21, near Tower Drive and Big Steve's Bar at 7970 Old Highway 21.
