When the prosecutor was Instructed by the mayor to prepare the affidavits, he Informed the mayor that if one class of business was to be prosecuted for the violation of the Sunday law, - all other business men breaking the same statute must be treated the same way. The orders to close their places Sunday-were unexpectedly issued to the cigar store owners late Saturday afternoon. One cigar store owner closed his doors, but three others remained open.
