LONDON, December 26.?Dr. Rudolf Havenstein, president of the Imperial Bank of Germany (the has resigned, according to an Exchange Telegraph dispatch from Copenhagen. Dr. Havenstein became presiddht of the Reichsbank in 1907, in succession to Dr. Koch. The Reiehsbank under his direction had charge of German war finances. He has been a supporter of the pan-Germans.
