BOUND TO JURY FOR CAR THEFT Man Pleads Insanity When Arraigned in Court at Decorah. DECORAH, Dec. 28.—A preliminary preliminary hearing was held yesterday afternoon afternoon for £. G. Millburn, 30, Cedar Rapids, who stole a new Plymouth belonging to Harry McAndrews, McAndrews, city letter carrier, and was later arrested in Waukon. The car was returned to Its owner", and Millburn was brought back to Decorah Decorah by Deputy Sheriff Fred O'Boy and Alton Nelson, motorcycle policeman, policeman, and placed in jail. The hearing was held in justice court before Lewis Lang, justice of the peace. The prisoner pleaded insanity, insanity, and was bound over to await the action of the grand jury. About 5270 was found on his person by Sheriff M. A. Graf.
