Charges of irregularities in Southern California California liquor licensing affairs were officially brought to the attention of the county grand jury today. A letter from Leon Donihue, chairman of the assembly audit-finance audit-finance audit-finance committee which recently investigated alleged graft in liquor control matters, to District Attorney Attorney Buron Fitts was read to the criminal complaints committee of the jury. Deputy District Attorney George Stahlman, who conferred with the jurors, said: "The letter suggested further in vestigation to determine if any criminal statutes had been violated violated and we went into the matter thoroughly with the jurors. The committee members then suggested several matters which they wished to check up on and asked us to report to them in two weeks. Whether they will ask for any further further action at that time is a ques tion I can not answer."
