A few days after the incident, a volunteer clean-up squad appeared at the home. It was organized by Lutheran Pastor Harry L. Hall, and e l u d e d Msgr. Joseph Doherty, vicar general of the Catholic Diocese of Camden; The Rev. Robert Helmick, Episcopal Rector; B a p t Ministers Norman B. Evans and James Nordstrom; and The Rev. Lawrence Black of the Camden Presbytery.
