Bad Boy Harry got caught
today to violation the CHECK PASSER HELD ON Harry E. Davis, charged with passing a fictitious check in several weeks ago, was arrested Sacramento, Calif., Saturday, the Sacramento chief of police notified the Weber county sheriff's office today. Sheriff Oscar E. Lowder and Deputy Arthur Grow left immediately by automobile for Sacramento upon being advised that Davis had waived extradition proceedings. He is charged with passing a fictitious check to Clinton Elwell at the Pikes Peak service station, Twentieth street and Washington avenue. The sheriff and his deputy plan to stop at Elko, Nev., and one other Nevada city, the sheriff's office reported, to investigate two other criminal matters.
