He did not become alarmed until he awoke Thursday morning to find that she had not returned. While Hertler was In the station hone Policeman Peator came in. bringing Mrs. Hertler's clothes, which had been found in a bathhouse. It is supposed that she was drowned Hertler told the police that he thought it strange that the three friends of his w'fo should have left the beach without notifying the police that she was missing, and stranger still that none of them had communicated with him. -No -No one seems to know who the three women . were.
