M. arrested. was KRUGER Invited to the Stairs by the Transvaal Association. Chicago, Sept. 26.--Boer sympathizers sympathizers from all parts of the United representing the various pro-Boer movements and organizations, met here and formed a national American Transvaal league. The delegates voted that an invitation on behalf of the American tended to Boer sympathizers be ex- President Paul Kruger to ii 'Â· visit this country, and in the event being exiled from his country by action action of the British government to make the United States his home. Permanent officers of the new organization were elected as follows: President, President, Judge H. D. Peck, Cincinnati; first vice president. Judge E. D. Chicago: general secretary, Herman V. PJoegg, Chicago; treasurer, Peter Van Vlissingen, Chicago.
