LIFE SENTENCE GIVENFAERBER Alfred T. Faerber was"sentenced to the state prisoirfor life by Judge Oscar W. McConkie Saturday, in the ird district court, for the murder of Miss Myri Warner of Fillmore last November 18 at his home, J55 Sixth East street He had been found guilty by a jury on Tuesday ot second degree murder. Faerber will remain in the county jail, however, until March 14 on a stay of execution granted by the ,'court His attorneys. Fred R. Morgan and J. .A, Gleason, filed notice that on March 12 they would ask for a new trial, and this will be argued at 10 a. m. on the same date.
