Barney V. Vance Dies At Bluford; Rites Wednesday Barney V. Vance, 71, a Bluford Bluford merchant, died Sunday Afternoon Afternoon at 5:30 o'clock at his home in Bluford. J The body will he in state Richard-^on Chapel in Wayne Oty, where friends may call after five o'clock this afternoon. The body will be removed to the church at 12:30 o'clock on Wednesday afternoon. Mr. Vance was born in Jefferson Jefferson county on January 5, IgSS to Jason and Fannie (Dodson) (Dodson) Vance. On October 21, 1915, he married married Lena Butler, who survives. Also surviving are one son, Byron Vance, Bluford: one step son, Rozier Klrby, Vera, 111.; one daughter. Pearl Green, Okawville, 111.; one step-daughter, step-daughter, Bemlce Young, Season, 111.: and one sister. Winnie Haines, .Mt. Vernon. Eleven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren also survive.
