MRS. RACHEL E. LYNCH Mrs. Rachel E. Lynch, 53, 1317 Futon street, widow of James H. Lynch, died at a local hospital Monday. She was deputy chief of staff, Distict No. 3, Ladies Auxiliary, Auxiliary, Veterans of Foreign Wars, president of Capt. H. L. Calder Post Auxiliary No. 31, Veterans of Foreign Wars and a member of the Ladies' Auxiliary, Good Will Fire Company. Surviving are one son, Henry J. Hilmer, Harrisburg; one daugh ter, Mrs. Hazel Cassett, Paxtang; one sister, Mrs. Adelaide Hoyler, Colonial ark; one brother, James D. Dunsmore, Rochester, N. Y., two step - sons, Pvt. James H. Lynch, Fort Bragg, N. C, and TSgt. Richard L. Lynch, somewhere somewhere in Germany; two grand children. Services will be at the residence residence 2 p. m. Thursday, the Rev. C. Ralston Smith, Pine Street Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial will be in East Harrisburg Cemetery. Friends may call at the residence residence Wednesday from 7 to 9 p. m.
