Sentencing Set Friday for Olson BELOIT (Special) — Robert Olson, Olson, 28, Route 3, Brodhead, was found guilty of negligent homicide by a jury in Municipal Court last night. Olson was charged with negligent negligent homicide after his car hit another another auto and rolled over several times on Highway 81, 5 miles west of Beloit. Fatally injured in the crash was Harry R. Croake Jr., 28, a passenger in Olson's car. Occupants of the other cars were unhurt. Olson was represented by Attorney Attorney Marshall Robson and District District Attorney Frank X. Kinast of Rock County prosecuted the case.
