The party nad been to Harrisburg In O'Boyle's machine and left Tuesday nignt to return to this city.. The condition condition of the roads was not the best, and the party made slow progress. Leaving Hazjetsn, Dr. Weber took the wheel, and as the Mountain Top cross - Ing was reached, a freight train was standing on the' second of three tracks. The car started over the crossing, when trainmen yelled to the men to look out for another train. Dr. Webor, believing that the train was coming on the third, or far track, swung far around on the first track, as the engine engine headlight flashed on the machine. The two school directors Jumped, but Dr. Weber tried to back, the machine off hte track. He and Mr. O'Boyle are said to have leaped when the train was only 40 feet away from the auto.
