Wind causes injury accident Gusty winds were something of a traffic traffic hazard in the Salina area Friday. The Secrest family of Williamsburg, Kan., can vouch for that. A car driven by Glenn Secrest, 31, was going west on 1-70 late Friday afternoon afternoon about four miles east of Salina when a gust of wind hit the vehicle and Secrest lost control. The car rolled twice in the median and landed upside down in an eastbound lane. Secrest and his sons, Glenn Jr., 4, and Darrel, 1, were treated at St. John's Hospital and released. Darrel was thrown from the vehicle when it rolled. Mrs. Secrest, 24, was not injured. injured. The car had an estimated $2,000 damage. damage.
