at a and 23 Robert R. Carrell, Former Resident Of Moberly, Dies Robert Ray Carrell, 63, formerly formerly of Moberly, died yesterday yesterday at the Veterans Hospital in Kansas City. Â·Mr. Carrell was born Nov. 1902, at Paris, 111., a son of late Benjamin Franklin and Llnnie Augustus Rosendale Carrell. Carrell. Mr. Carrell has also lived in Independence and about 20 years in Portland, Ore. He had been ill 17 months and had been hospitalized one year. Surviving ar e two daughters, Mrs. Raymond E. Ward and Mrs. John W. Krum, independence; independence; one son in California; three sisters, Mrs. Frances Carson, Ottumwa, Kan.; Jesse Pilkington, Mexico, and Mrs. Hazel Teague, Sedan, Kan.; one brother, Chester Carrell, Cedar Hill, and nine grandchildren. The body is at the Mahan Funeral Home. Funeral services services will be held at ; p.m. tomorrow in the funeral chapel by the Hev. L. L. Johnston, pastor of the Trinity Methodist Church. Burial will be in Oakland Oakland Cemetery.
