Detective Brighton identifies and takes possession of stolen Apache county pony.
We clip the following from the Camp Thomas items to the Clifton Clarion : I noticed an item in the last issue of the Clarion relative to Kid Swingle. That gentleman was here on the 9th of July last and had in his possession two fine-looking fine-looking horses one a dark bay pony and the other a buckskin. On his departure departure he sold the latter horse to Mr. Kelmer in whose corral he put up the animals, for an open-face gold watch valued at $35. A few days alter Detective Detective J. V. Brighton identified the animal as stolen from Apache county and took possession of it.
