Membership Tea Given By lllfo The Marion Garden Club re- held its membership tea in the Recreation Room of the Meth- odist Church. A short business session was conducted by the out - going president, Mrs. S. H. Cooper. Planting trees and general improvement of the recreation park was chosen Ias a project. Mrs. J. P. Attractive arrangements on display were made by Mrs. Jimmy Allen, Mrs. S. E. Morris, Mrs. J. E. Roark, Mrs. J. B. Oliver, Mrs. H. D. Green, Mrs. W. E. Bowen and Mrs. E. H. Maroney. The lea table was overlaid with a white cut - work cloth with a central decor of sweet peas and fern. The hostesses; Mrs. Myrtis Reppond, Mrs. G. J. Post, Mrs. Bess Peek, Mrs. Fahy Phillips, Mrs. Jimmie Allen, and Mrs. S. E. Morris, served refreshments to Mrs. J. B. Oliver, Mrs. S. H. Cooper, Mrs. T. D. Reppond, Mrs. W. S. McCullin, Mrs. E. H.
