the fantastic have and against popular voters. win? deep- fact next out "ex- F. come in Man, Woman Held In Investigation of Railroader's Death MASSILLON, O. -- Samuel Yutzy, 47, a laborer, and a woman woman whose name was not revealed, revealed, were held today while police Investigated the death of Thomas Owen, 40, power superintendent of the Wheeling Lake Erie railroad. Owen was found dead of head wounds at the corner of Penn and First sts. at midnight. Yutzy was taken from his bed, after police v/eie told he had quarreled with Owen. The woman was picked up as a witness to the quarrel. Yutzy admitted, according to Police Chief Stanley Switter, that he had fought with Owen, and had left him lying at the street corner. The row started In a beer garden When police were called tf pick up Owen's body, they found a second man, his head covered with blood, lying in the gutter neaiby. He was intoxicated and police said he had no connection with the Owen death.
