INJURED BY RIFLE SHOT. Frank Armitage received word Mon­ day that his brother, Arthur, had been injured by a rifle shot which he received at his home near Burt last Friday. The boy, who is about fourteen years old, was assisting his older brother in butch­ ering. They used a 25-20 rifle with a steel jacket bullet to kill the critter, the bullet making almost an entire circuit, as the boy was standing hear his broth­ er .who did the shooting, the bullet striking him just above the eye- He waB taken to the Bismarck hospital where he was placed under an X-ray examination and the bullet was located under the skull about two Inches. At latest reports the attending physicians were unable to And out whether he will recover or not.
