Capt. Robert King. Services for Mrs. Harry Claypool Funeral services for Mrs. Harry Claypool, 65, were held at' the Methodist church, Wednesday, Aug. 8 at 2 o'clock with Rev. Garland Garland Emmons jr. officiating. Mrs. A. C. Schoenthaler and Mrs. Bruce Warner sang a duet accompanied by Mrs. Robert Gilmore. Interment Interment was in the North English cemetery. Carol Henrietta Claypool, aged 65 years, died Monday morning at 3 a.m. at University hospitals in Iowa City, after a lingering ill accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Ed ness. Mrs. Claypool was born Feb 22, 1897 near Wellman, the daugh ter of Michael J. and Altha Byer: Burn. On Feb. 28, 1917 she was united in marriage to Harry Clay pool at Sigourney. She was a mem ber of the Methodist church. Mrs. Claypool is survived by her husband, Harry; two sons, John Harry of Mountain Home, Ark. and Don Francis of North English one daughter, Mrs. Larry (Alberta Coffman of Williamsburg, and 1 grandchildren; her mother, Mrs Altha Burn of Des Moines; a bro ther, Harry D. Burn of Knoxville and a sister, Mrs, Maxine Ammon of Des Moines.
