Mr. Neff, who was. 71 years old was a member of the Odd Fellows of Steelton, the Pennsylvania Railroad Railroad Relief Association and the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Mary C. Neff; two sons, George R. and Ralph S., of Harrisburg; one stepson. stepson. Reynold Spidle, of Carlisle; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Kenneth Lan - bach, of Quakertown; one grandson, Richard Rife, of Harrisburg; two brothers, David, of Steelton, and George, of Inglewcod, Calif., and one sister, Mrs. Amanda Keim, of Enhaut. , 4
