The suit against E B Pryor, receiver for the Wabash, is being tried in circuit court at Huntsville today. John H "Jack" Wheatley was struck and killed by a Wabash passenger train Friday, 20 Feb 1914, near the slack washer near Huntsville. Mrs. Wheatley is represented by Attorney, A R Hammett of Moberly.
