Edward F. Krause, in Superior Court 4, filed suit against the Indianapolis Street Railway Company, asking for $10,,000 judgment for personal injuries said to have been received March 8, 1921, when he and his wife alighted from a Brightwood street car, and the street car is alleged to have backed up on them, dragging each one several feet. A similar suit was filed in Superior Court 3 by Lucy Krause.
