IT'S NOW MacARTHUR PARK; BOY'S SUGGESTION ADOPTED An Oakland schoolboy's sugges tion to the "Dear City Hall Council- Council- men became an accomplished fact yesterday as Mosswood Park offi cially was changed to MacArthur Park. The boy Franklyn Delano Winston, Winston, his own name a combination of those two great men, suggested the change after Moss Aveitue was renamed MacArthur Boulevard. And Franklyn, who is 8V6, was on hand with his mother, Mrs. Lew Winston, of 4964 Desmond Avenue, when the new signs were hung over the park gates.
