Front Row Schedules Four Evening Run Of "Not Now, Barling" By FANNY FOOTUCOT Who in this day and age doesn't need a good laugh -and -and we don't hare just one laugh (or you -- we have a whole evening of comedy and hn preceded by a full buffet f e a t u r i n g t h r e e enlrees. "N.D., D." is a fast-moving farce and since farcical comedy is not known for being subtle or devious, all you have to do is sit back and let the laughter roll over. In the next two months, we will be doing another benefit fashion show and we open April 11 with "Jacques Brel Is Alive and Well and Living in Paris," opening night of "J.B." will be a benefit for the American Red Cross.
