the Moose Hosts For San Mar The civic affairs committee of the Hagerstown Moose and its women's chapter staged the annual picnic for San Mar children at home of the committee chairman for the chapter, Mrs. Elsie Weller, 918 Rose Hill Avenue. A picnic supper was served. Transportation was furnished by Governor Lester Smith, Civic Affairs Affairs Chairman Clarence Gordon, Jack .Skipper, H. G. Hoover, and William Nichols. Those present were A. Roy Phillippy, Phillippy, superintendent; Mrs. Catherine Catherine Timmons, girls' house mother; Mrs. Genevie Miller, boys' house mother; Harry E. Miller, boy's house father; Mary Bachtell, Mary Clark, Monique Expulson, Mary Hill, Mary Henniger.
