TIM DA11Y SErVf HUME. Tim Dady, a notorious oharacter, who has served savrral terms in the Penitentiary, went to board a wok ago wltb Andrew MoCart, a book psddler, of No. 131 Portland avenue. Dady failed to pay bis board and on Saturday morning he arose boforo MoCart and Jelt ths house, taking with him a prayer book and Bible, worth $13. Tim pawned tbe books for $3, and with a oompanlon on Saturday evening went to Wood's Theatre. Deteotlvo Price found Dady in the ihestro gallery, rigorously applauding Dollio Ilidweil, who appeared appeared in "Jack Sheppard." Tim was taken Into custody custody and this morning h9 was brought before Juatlee Blloy, Tbe prisoner plead guilty and ho was eenteuoed to the Penitentiary for six months.
