In answer to a call for a special meeting, a nunibor of members of the Fourth Ward Republican Association met, last ovenlng, in Sawyer's Hall, on Fulton Fulton and Jay streets. The members who signed the call were James Gibbona, Bornard J. Mulholland, John Baker, John Fk - mlng, OhrlBtopher Wrlnklo, Potcr Foley aud Patrick McKonna, and the objoot of tho mooting was to consldor auy business that might come before it. President Samuel Dyas was In tho chair and Assistant Secretary Mulhollaud kept tho rocorda. Mier tho UBUal routine business, the by laws woro suspended, and the names of M. J. Dady, LouiB Froeh - llch and M. B. Boloe, together with all the namo? registered registered at the first mooting iu September, woro placed on tho rolls. On motion of Mr. Mulholland, seconded by Mr. Tompkins, tho primary for Alderman and Constnblo of tho ward was fixed for Friday evoning, Ootobor 26.
