Livermush Man Dies in Wreck Near AsficvilSe Shelby, N. C, Feb. 2(1 Harry Falls, 00, unlive of Kings Mountain, and proprietor of the Harry Falls Livermush Company, in Shel by, was killed at :!:.'i0 o'clock Monday morning when the pick-up truck he was driving hit the abutment of a bridge at Fairview just east of Asheville. His head was crushed and both legs were broken. He died instantly. Up until 19.11, he was a partner with J. R. (line, in the Home Store! in Kings Mountain and then became. connected with the Home tore at. Ashcville where he remained for 10 years. He took over the Shelby plant recently. He is survived by his wife who lives in Ashcville; four sons, Niles E. Falls, of Dallas, Tex.; Robert. Hoyle Falls, of California;. Lt. Harry Falls, Jr., in the Air Force at, Frankfurt, Germany; and William Bird Falls, of Ashcville. At the time he was killed he was on his way to Shelby with a load of meat. Investigating officers said they thought that he fell asleep, causing the accident.
