Personals Velma Fife Johnson is confined to bed at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Fife, Smithfield street, following harrowing harrowing experiences as a refugee in the Johnstown flood. Mrs. Johnson, working out of Pittsburgh, was engaged in a selling project when she was caught in the flood and with others was forced out of a Johnstown' hotel and restaurant and compelled to go to, the hills. However all were saved, including many children with their pet dogs.
