Driver escapes with 'ducking' in lake mishap HANOVER Earl Bortner, 17, of Lineboro, Md., RD 1, escaped with an unscheduled "ducking" when his car ran .into Lake Marb-berg Marb-berg Marb-berg in Codorus State park, along the Hanover-Glenville Hanover-Glenville Hanover-Glenville Road Wednesday about 11 p.m. Police reported Bortner was driving south when his car ran off the highway near the Jefferson intersection, missed a row of guard rails and ran into the lake. Bortner escaped from the car and swam ashore The ambulance and rescue truck of Hanover Fire company were called to the scene and about an hour later the emergency truck of the Eagle Fire company was called supply fresh air for two scuba divers who were attaching cables to the car, which was pulled from the lake by a garage crew from Glenville
