to the Social Miss Perrotta weds Sgt. McGarey Miss Elizabeth Jean Perrntla Miss Elizabeth Jean Perrotta and Sgt. Elwaod Everett McGarey Jr. of Grand Forks, N.D. were married Oct. 21 by the Rev. Vincent Bertoline in St. Lucy Church. The bride's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Perrotta oi 409 Eighth St., and her groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Elwuod Everett McGarey Sr. of Sterling Heights, Mich. Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose white velvet with venise lace banding for the triple ring service. The empire bodice had a high neckline and bishop sleeves while the softly shirred skirt was enhanced by her cathedral length mantilla held by a lift edged with matching lace. She carried a modified colonial bouquet of white carnations, sweetheart roses and stephanotis. During the ceremony, she presented each of their mothers with a red rose. The couple received a Papel blessing from Sister Mary Concepta, CSJD. Miss Patricia Effinite was maid oi honor in Caribbean blue velvet and chiffon trimmed with Children's party Elwood verett McGarey held at St. Mary's Collins. A Halloween party was held in DLUe carnations, wnite pompons St. Mary's Parish Center for antl baby's breath, students from pre-schnol pre-schnol pre-schnol age to Identically attired were the eighth grade on Sunday evening, bride's sister. Ben McGarey of Sterling Heights was best man for his brother, and ushers were Edwin Boron of Volant, Robert Malcolm of Utica, Mich.. Joseph Perrotta, cousin of the bride, and Roy Kelry, brother-in-law brother-in-law brother-in-law brother-in-law brother-in-law of the groom, Jimmy Effinite was ring bearer. St, Lucy's Youth Choir sang, with soios by Guy West and Mrs, Thomas DiMuccio, who was also organist. A reception was held in the South New Castle Borough Fire Hall, The couple planned to make their home in Grand Forks where Sgt. McGarey is stationed stationed with the U.S. Air Force. They are presently touring New England. The new Mrs. McGarey, a graduate of New Castle High School in 1970 and the Lawrence County Vocational School of Practical Nursing in 1972, was employed as a practical nurse at Golden Hilis Nursing Home. Sgt. McGarey graduated from Adlai Stevenson High School. Sterling Heights in 1970, and from Ground Radio Electronics School, Biloxi, Miss. The groom's parents hosted rehearsal festivities in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Kelly of Englewood Ave.
