MuPphy, Topeka, Kan., son of the lite Mr. and Mrs. Lee Murphy were married at 7 o'clock Thursday evening, Oct. 20.-1960, at the Meadville Methodist Church. The Rev. Paul Hunt performed the double-ring ceremony. The bride, given in marriage bv her father, wore a street-length white velveteen dross, empire ityle. fashioned with a V-neck in front and back and bat-wing sleeves. She wore pearl earrings and necklace, a gift from the bridegroom. She wore a white feather hat. green suede shoos and purse and a corsage of five red roses. Mrs. Dorothy Crookshanks. sis ter of the bride, was matron of honor. She wore an orchid wool dress with matching accessories and a corsage of white carnations. Mr. Jerry Crookshanks was best man. Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Slaughter entertained the wedding party with a dinner at their home.
