Bera of Long Beach, Calif., appeared today to have won her fifth Powder Puff Derby. Mrs. Bera, who flew (he transcontinental air race for women alone, placed first in unofficial iigures. Mrs. Pat Jetton and Miss Joan Huckeba, both Dallas, Texas.
