For E. M.Keller Funeral services were conducted conducted at 2:30 p. m. today,for E. Marvin Marvin Keller who died early Sunday morning at his home near Davi« Academy crossroads in Davi* county. Services were conducted from the South River Methodist church by the pastor, Rev. H. C. Freeman. Interment was in th« church cemetery. Pallbearers were Stacy Chaffin. J. A. Jones, Marshall Koontz, Lewis Forest, J. N. Smoot and Fred Cartner. Flowers were received by Mrs. Fred Cartner and Miss Verli* Koontz. Mr. Keller, a prominent farmer in the community, had been ill for four years but the illness had become more serious a week ago. He was a native of Davie county, khe son of R. L. and Nanie Smoot Keller. Surviving are the widow, the former Frances Henley; a son, Joe Keller of the home; and two nephews, J. L.
