using, for Death of Er. Henry Tyson. Dr, Henry Tyson died yesterday, at his residence, in iixeter township, aged os years. The de ceased was for many 'years Warden of the Berks County Prison, and was extensively known to the citizens of this county. He was a member of tbe Society of friends, and his life was a daily exhibition of the - elevating and reiniing character or tne principles of the denomination to which he belonged. Dr. Tyson was a man of fine intellectual culture, fond of reading and study, of the purest moral character, firm in his adherence to what he believed to be right, gentle and unobtrusive in his manners, and his heart and life full of enlarged benevolence. The county lost more than can be expressed when he left the Prison, where his intelligence, benevolence and fine moral culture found a most appro - pKBte - apMre or usefulness, t he recollection of his virtues will long survive in the heard of many attached inends.
